Frequently asked questions
What is Shine Starter?
Shine Starter is a one-off intro offer: 2 weeks of reformer Pilates at 3 classes per week (6 classes total) for $59. It does not auto-renew — you won’t be charged again after this purchase.
Who is this for?
Women who want to rebuild strength and confidence without a busy gym or heavy weights. Beginners are welcome, and we also have intermediate, advanced and mums & bubs classes.
I’m a complete beginner — is that OK?
Yes. Many clients start with little or no Pilates experience. Instructors offer variations so you can work at your level.
Where is the studio?
Afterglo Pilates is on Wellness Precinct Level 1, Karrinyup Shopping Centre (Myer end, near Endota), 200 Karrinyup Road, Karrinyup WA 6018. Turn into where Hungry Jacks is, go to level 1 and turn right. You will see the wellness precinct.
Where do I park?
Use the Wellness Precinct Pink Level 1 carpark entered off Karrinyup Rd — the closest park to the studio. It’s open for early morning and evening classes when much of the centre is quiet.
How many reformers are in the studio?
We have 12 modern Pilates reformers in a private studio setting — small classes, supportive team, experienced instructors.
Can I buy Shine Starter for a friend?
Yes. Use Buy for a friend (gift checkout) so someone new to Afterglo can try 2 weeks.
Is this a membership that keeps billing?
No. Shine Starter is a one-off purchase. After your 2 weeks you choose whether to continue on a membership or pack — nothing renews automatically from this offer.
What if I need to cancel a class?
Cancel in the Momence app at least 4 hours before class to avoid losing a credit or a late fee. Late cancels and no-shows follow our studio terms.
Do I need grip socks?
Yes — grip socks are required for reformer classes (for hygiene). We stock them at the studio if you need a pair.
Are there mums & bubs classes?
Yes. Alongside beginner, intermediate and advanced reformer classes, we offer mums & bubs so you can move with your little one.
How do I book?
Use the checkout on this page (or Buy for a friend). Once purchased, book classes in the Momence app or via afterglopilates.com.
